I'm pretty sure I see it in the 2nd column, I think it's 2nd or 3rd, whenever i press '�' and go to cash shop -.-

The enchanted scroll has the little green NX sign in the corner when you scroll over it, which I believe means you can only buy it with paybycash and nx game card points. I also found out the hard way, but lucky I was close to the $75 limit and they prevented me from wasting $30.
