Permanent Banned?

So when i got home last night my brothers was all sad because both of their account got permanently banned. They were doing MPQ and they got disconnected and when they were trying to log back in next thing you know it said that their account is permanently banned. They opened a ticket and Nexon still hasnt replied. Isnt that kinda silly that they get banned for no reason? So wassup with that can anyone explain wtf is going on?

Everyone seems to get banned lately, and GM Libra always gives you a nice response on your ticket.

alot of ppl are hacking in mpq lately and alot of ppl getting banned

Even if they didn't do the hacking in mpq or were involved they got banned. Like me for example.

MPQ has party hackers. They join your party. Which makes you a third party hacker.

Wow that happen to me too and yeah i opened a ticket and they don't seem to care. the hackers ruin your full PQ and then GM's Ban you for 3rd party hacking and they Ban you permanently. Its been 2 days now and Nexon seems to ban innocent people thinking they're the hackers.
