is it worth buying for 8 M for my 60 base dex warrior. Or should I wait till a higher level and then go for a better overall with more def?

OK deal. I sold my 15 Dex 9 Acc 3 Speed Sauna for 13m. Since your's is scrolled with a 10%/30% and 9 100%s, it's kinda OK.

Personnaly I would of tried getting it lower as I bought my 14 dex 8acc sauna for 7.5m

It's not always been cheap in EMS, but yea, especially dex saunas are dirt cheap... 25 dex sauna is like what ... 100-110m?
