Misconduct banning explanation

I got banned a few days ago for 10 days for misconduct. My ticket was responded and look wat they said. Greetings, Thank you for contacting Nexon America's Customer Support team. Your ban appeal has been denied. We periodically investigate meso activity on all servers. Unfortunately, your account was found to have been involved in the acceptance or distribution of illegally obtained mesos. This could be due to trading with a player who illegally obtained mesos and/or purchasing mesos from a "gold farming" or meso selling website. These website conduct activities that are illegal and completely against our Terms of Use. We strongly suggest that you refrain from being involved in any of the above activities. Sincerely, GM Libra Nexon America, Inc. For security reasons any sensitive account information has been made private. Please do not give your password or pin number to anyone for any reason. Nexon representatives will NEVER ask you for your password or pin. i will admit i did buy mesos from gamekoo. so i guess i will have to accept my ban.

I'm correcting you, you're wrong. I have never bought mesos. Ever. I buy Nexon cards, convert my NX into items bought from the mts. I then set up a merchant in the fm and sell the items. That my friend is how I recieved dirty mesos and got the ban.

theyre just bored..u cant find a single hacker in the whole channel while back in the 0.30s half the payers uses hacks...if they dont give out these bans there is no reason for their job, therefore they will eventually lose their job, that is why they start doing new things...

Again i say! it's a automated reply, there is no good reason for the ban besides a glitch, which they seem to be to lazy to amend. It cant be about mesos because nobody can tell the diffrence between legit mesos and bought mesos. plus that would mean that they would have to close down free markets because of the meso problem. Example, Person 1 sets up some stores in FM. Person 2 finds an item he wants in the FM and buys mesos from the internet, then buys the said item. Person 1 would then uses whatever mesos from FM store to buy other things. The bans would be endless, this is why the messo ban is a lie.

True, but they did it anyway, and DON'T SEEM TO CARE ONE BIT...They've fixed the D/C problem, they're fixing the Scania login issues, but not this. Besides, they've moved a topic regarding the misconduct ban from the Glitch/Bug reports section, to the Help section on the Nexon MapleStory forums.
