ok guys ive sent 2 tickets to nexon 1st ticket they didn't understand for some odd reason and i had 3 questions in it and they kinda skipped the first one >.> and the second ticket i explained everything gave them the reply they gave me and the thing they told me is at the bottom now i have to send another one to tell them its not what they said >.> here were my questions 1.why can't i change my password on the website i answered the stuff right because it went to the error page 2.can we have my birthday changed? because when i first signed up i accidently put it as 1 month b4 my actual birthday T-T 3.if you use a ultimate game card will it go as paypal nx or nx card nx? My wife asked me to change her pw because she couldn't too, 'error page' I guess it something with your computer.

they don't really answer you, its a bot program that looks for keywords, so u get sometimes a "non sense" reply; i'm guessing the software found "bithday" "change" "password" "website" and u got that answer?

well i acctually turned off my firewall as well as nortan anti virus and it acctually worked =D nexon was right for once haha

i have the same problem. Every time i try to change my password,error page. Then again,i change my other account password,it worked.

I got that error page too but only when trying to change my pass via my iphone, when I used my laptop (IE) it worked perfectly so I guess they're right..

LOL This is called being NXPwnt. The GMs all secretly have IGNs such as NXPwnNubz and NXScamYourMonayz. &I would venture to guess that their online customer support has an automated response system.
