How do u go back to cygnus?

I just left cygnus (or where you get the cygnus job) how do u go back there? I thought that cygnus boat npc would be there, but he's not

In Ellinia there should be a Cygnus Boat at the top left (below Grendel's house, above the warp). Not sure about Orbis :3
