Give it to cassandra, you can get 2XP and drop, or +30%Exp Drop and stuff like this. And some exp with it. Maple admin only gives exp. And gaga, you tried, so yeah. I don't know if any other NPC takes them, never tried.

Admin = more exp. Cassandra = some exp and a buff. (buff = meso/item drop rate up) Gaga = Heartbeating(?) Box. (Box = Usually useless pots/sometimes 65/15% scrolls (scrolls are untradeable)) Hope I helped.

Admin - 2.5k exp Cassandra - 1.5k exp and buffs Gaga - 1.2k exp and Heartpounding box (65% scrolls / pots / ores / diamonds)

hhhmmmmm.... id go with gaga, sicne he gives scrolls, unless ur grinding, which in that cse i would choose cassanda.
