Just delete your entire account and make a new one.

Login to the Nexon Maplestory website and Withdraw your account. Then go to your e-mail and it's downhill from there on. Though I've heard there was a glitch that wouldn't let you delete it. Unless I was talking about something else. Don't mind me O_O

Uhm I think you can by logging into nexon, and I think under account info you can choose "Withdraw account". I'm not sure if they ask for you're birthday code though, you can give it a try. If they do, why don't you just make a new account?
