Why Screw Over Bishops?

I have been constantly seeing threads about how Bishops have been "owned" and it's kind of a bummer taking the fact that I literally just became Bishop an hour ago. Really, first of all, why are you guys rubbing it in Bishop's faces? What do you have against them? Secondly, to Maplestory, why did you guys only make Elemental Wands and Staffs for the purpose of giving Arch Mages a Damage boost? What happened to Bishops? Why not give them something like a "Holywand"or a "Holy Staff" and give them a damage boost as well? Seriously, why screw over Bishops? I made this thread to have some of my questions answered or find possible answers. I did not make this thread in anyway to possibly offend Arch Mages, if that's possible. I just want to know why them and not us?

Bishops destroyed maple with there leech and easy leveling. Now level 200 is considered nothing because of bishops.

I know what you guys mean, but because of this update, Bishops are doing less damage and are quitting them, which sucks.

Bishops ultimates cost half as much MP to cast as Arch Mages. Bishops have HS, which increases the EXP they get from monsters. Anyone else feel free to add on. Bishops already have enough advantages. They don't need a holy wand.

Bishops are a SUPPORT character. They do not need and should not get damage boosts. Arch mages don't get extra exp or heal themselves. It's fair. Be quiet about it.

Bishops were not meant to be stronger than archmages in terms of attacking. Bishops are a support class. They are supposed to be weaker than every other class in terms of damage. The elemental wands were intended only for archmages to balance out the mp cost of ultimates vs the lower mp cost of genesis and other support skills of bishops that made them too superior to archmages in every respect. Bishops being able to use e wands also unbalanced the damage aspect. They also raised prices on e wands so that many could not even afford them. Edit: If you are a bishop and you care about your damage so badly that you quit over an e wand, then that's just sad. You were meant to be a support class, not an attacking class.

He is not a good comparison. I'm talking about how a bishop with an e wand easily outdamages an average archmage. Plus, bishops are stronger than archmages at the most popular training/leeching spot- skeles.
