Hey basil~ I went to the kerning city scroll seller on my strless Wind Archer to buy Overall Dex 100%, When i try to buy it a message pops up saying "You do not have enough in stock". I mean, what tee eff does this mean? I can buy every other scroll there BUT the Overall Dex 100%... Also, anyone know where i can get bow attack 100%? Theres like BW 100% and stuff but no bow QQ Thanks~

change channels, he has no mroe to sell. That happened when the blue chair came out in lith. Bow attak 100%? idk, but check orbis/ellinia guys

Change Channels and try to buy scrolls from him again. I'm not sure why nexon decided to put a limit on how much is bought... but they did.

Npcs have a certain amount of each item and they can run out. everyone is buying the 100% dex scrolls.
