Max Slash blast on Dawn warriors

What is the point of maxing out slash blast on Dawn warriors if soul blade can do the job better. It says in the guide to max slash blast and leave soul at 11, isn't it better to max soul and leave slash blast at 11?

That makes as much sense as not maxing thunderbolt as an I/L mage because you'll get ice strike later.

Soul sucks alot. It sucks so much i dont even use it. And SB i use alot. My soul blade wont get maxed until 4x whats do i use for those 10 cpq lvls.

I didn't max SB I'm fine, I'm lvl 42, barely ever use SB. Soul doesn't help that much but it still helps. And @ above, you use power strike? In the field with teddies and block golems you don't need SB. In the field with troajns and robots, well you can hit troajns til mid/high 30s. And in the field with robots and rombots, you don't need SB. So yeah. O.T: Don't cling to the guide as if its you only chance of life, I didn't and i'm perfectly fine, maybe even better off than before.

Even tho you will get soul blade at 2nd job, you will need mobbing skills to TRAIN to get to soul blade

Makes training at 1st job & early 2nd job easier, & mostly because Soul is useless at higher levels even at level 20 'cause of the crap damage it does.

9 More SP into soul barely helps. SB is used until you get soul blade, which is normally 40+, soul failed in terms of damage after 25 for me.

Slash blast is better than sprite anyway o.o..and yes like the guy in the middle of the page said, its like "why max lightning if you get ice strike later?"

first of all lightning is different from ice as lighting is a mobbing skill and ice is not. slash blast and soul blade are both mobbing skill, so no point to having both maxed
