It's considered a buff, so it's not passive. You can add points into it at the end or you can max your sprite.

Yeah, they did. And yes you should put points in it, its fairly usefull and it has a new weird sound. o_O It works with powerstrike, slashblast, and brandish.

umm actually its good that its a buff. depending on the skill you are using, final attack can mess up your dpm

Making FA a buff is the best thing ever to happen to warriors (CK or not.) That way if you're at V/Hoodoo's, turn it on. If you're at MP3, turn it off. I don't think re-casting it every once in a while is that bad either.
