why do some guilds have stupid requirements?

There was this smega recruiting this korean guild. i am the biggest fob. i LOVE korean music, korean fashion, korean movies, etc. i asked if i could join and they asked if i was Korean and i'm not, so I couldn't join. they asked why do i know korean music if i'm not Korean. wtf? sorry for my bad english..it isn't my first language.

Dunno. I have the requirement that all people who join must be nice/ kind (they shouldn't act "1337" either), not KS (unless for revenge), help newbs, and do not scam, cheat, hack, etc.
