I have 28 luck and am wondering if I should cap it or make a new character. I'm not really that funded, but I think I could afford a yellow umbrella and by lvl 64 a maple wand. Maybe I could try for a black umbrella from leprechauns. I could also keep going with luck if I really wanted to. I have no opinion so tell me yours. What kind of difference in damage would I get in later levels from 28 luk?

It's cheaper to make a Lukless at 30+ because you don't need new equips but still do more damage. I suggest you restart. It's only expensive in the beginning because of pots. 28 Luk means you lose 28 M. Atk compared to Lukless. There's no point in going low-Luk, as you would have to use Maple weapons and other stuff unless you are godly funded. I think Luk is better if you can afford VERY EXPENSIVE, VERY UPGRADED Timeless weapons later on, but you said you're not that funded.

I'm sorry if I'm not much help but: For standard mages, LUK-less would have an advantage with higher damage in the earlier levels (doing around 300-400 more damage, maybe even more depending on equipment). However as levels went higher, standard mages would outpower LUKless. Unless I'm mistaken, this should hold true for Blaze Wizards too, since they are essentially mages. If I'm wrong, please correct me. If you have the money to afford, I will say doing it is a good option. Hoefully you have some sort of funding, because going LUK-less or capping LUK early on will cause you to have 10-30 levels of no weapon change (and therefore mostly constant damage) and no better equips other than those without requirement. Meaning you will have less defense and may die much more often. You will need to buy pots, and lots of them, to keep yourself alive.
