Grendel Old Quest Glitch>?

The cygnus quest where it tells you to search grendel the olds house is it glitched? i go to the top(magic library where he is) i try to go in but it says grendels busy and i shud come bak later its been 24hrs and i still cant go in ..... help please? EDIT: what do i do when i get in? Change channels or wait, only 1 person can be in at a time so you have to wait for them to get out.

At first I thought it was a glitch so I left and came back when I was level 30..good idea though :D

you'll see a stack of books, click on the blue one in the pile, it summons alot of blue mushs.
