Lukless or Reg Blaze Wizard?

Which one wil be stronger? Which one at levels 30-70? Which one at lvl 71-120? Thanks for all help.

Lukless requires less funding and will always be stronger unless the difference in funding is a huge margin.

Lukless will ALWAYS be better since Int > M.Att.

Since Maker came out, Doomsday Staff > Shine Wand Well actually, with a +3 HT Pendant, DDS > Timeless/Reverse > all level 80+ wands/staves > Shine Wand. But that requires a ton of money and if you somehow acquired a +3 HTP and you were lukless, you could easily add a few points into LUK to convert up anyway. HTP is pretty meaningless for Blaze Wizards though, and Ele Wands > Ele Staves > all of the above.

It'd take nearly perfect equips to beat the damage offered by an elemental boost. For everything else, if you haven't noticed, not counting the weapon, mage gear is extremely $hitty clean, as well as very common, so we can assume equal scrolling.
