talk to Lita Lawless in NLC but you need bigfoot toe and jack o lantern

You have to get like a bigfoot's toe, headless horesman's head, and a pumpkin or something.

If you can't afford a BF toe (big foot) and a Jack-o-Lantern (headless horseman), don't bother.

Do the following quest : Fool's gold Rags to Riches One step-a-head Catch a bigfoot by the toe ...basically all the quest of Lita lawless at NLC.

Do the Quests that needs, 30 Lucky Charm, 30 Soiled Rags, Headless Horseman's head, Bigfoot Toe. Do those quests 1 time only then you get Deputy Star.

First you have to do the Cleaning the Streets quests from the boomerang girl in NLC. After that you have to reach I think lvl 80? (no sure) and you get another 3 quests from her. Getting the lucky charms from leprechauns, soiled rags and ashes from elder wraiths(quest 1), Getting a BigFoot Toe(quest 2), and lastly getting Headless Horseman Jac O' Lantern Head (3rd quest). Basically do all of her quests and she gives to you.
