I'm growing tired of living here. It's a gigantic boring cesspool of political scandal, boring politics and happenings, and butting out of every international issue or argument for the sake of trying to be as neutral as Switzerland. Calgary is even worse. On top of all the problems that Canada has, we leech off of immoral oil revenues, we have the worst infrastructure in North America with no way to resolve it, our transit is failing, we're as big as NYC with an eighth of the population, and IT'S SO BORING. D: I seriously need to get away. Does anyone out there live in a city that's worth living in?

We have a good bus/subway system here where it takes us no more than 2 hours to get where we need to be. Plus we have great shops/restaurants and the such. Only negative aspect is umm.. learning French. =/ Though! Not everyone here knows French.. it's just handy to have. :P" My mom lived in Montreal for a while. She's told me about their city transit, and how it actually works. With Calgary, you're lucky to catch a working train.

Eww. Toronto. Out of any major city in Canada, their infrastructure is the worth. Plus there is a strike of some sort every three months. Go to the city next door, Mississauga. OT: Well, not every place in Canada has a crap infrastructure. Mississauga doesn't.

Yikes. o.o' Mississauga I've lived in too, though over there it's easier to have a car. Their transit system is not as great not to mention it's expensive as hell. Places here like a 3 1/2, which you would probably aim for or something (if you're alone) would cost umm.. 500-700$, varying on the location. My place is 452$ a month, heating/hot water included.. for a 1 1/2 though. But if you browse wisely, surely you'll find somewhere nice. Though umm.. People from other provinces are much nicer than here.. a lot of Quebecors are jerks.

Or you can go to Sai Kung and live in a fishing boat for the rest of your life.

If you want to even find an apartment to rent, you'll need six people to pay forward, and even then it's only a 3 bedroom one.

I've been there once when I was a kid, theres people on the corner of every street handing out cards with strip club advertisements. They only handed it to the adults, we had to look on the floor where most people threw them out to see what they look like
