I'm not an expert but it could be a virus. I had what felt like chicken pox before, but it lasted for quite sometime. The redness was all over my body, only where my skin made contact with my bed. I figured it was attracted to heat. The stomach pain is a side effect. My suggestion for now is to take a cool shower, get some rest, and see a doctor if at all possible.

Well i did my research and heres a solution: " had itchy red bumps and red patches with bumps. The Dr. gave me steroids that did not help at all. Since I felt it must be something I was eating, I went on a diet that eliminated foods with known allergens. After about 3 weeks, the blisters and redness were mostly gone. I am now on a gluten free diet with no more bumps or itching- other positive side effects are no more hayfever, extra energy and reduced anxziety! Try a search on Dermatitis Herpetiformis and see what you think. Good Luck!" I don't think your going to die, cause there are lots of other people who have this problem, search on google "Red bumps all over body" and you'll see loads of people are complaining about it, so don't worry much about it

It can't be bed bugs, because they make lumps in a straight line. Not all over your body.
