On the website, in the overall rankings, go to rank 366, for an example. There is a level 199 higher in the rankings than a level 200.

it's because he hacks. Just like people do in call of duty they can choose what spot they want to be ranked into. He tried making a number that may have been pretty high a while ago, but now it's just... odd
