I can't seem to buy 100% overall dex scroll from NPC

well everytime i click to buy it from thsi dude in kerning swamp it'll say "You do not have enough in stock" wtf? if this a bug =/ or am i doing something wrong? any help is aprreciated thank you

Check if you have an empty slot in the USE section.

Try another scroll seller. Scroll sellers run out of scroll stock once in a while. Go to Orbis, or visit the one in "the tree that grew".

The scroll seller is out of stock, change channels. That happened when those 1k blue chairs came out in lith.

this happened to me when i was trying to buy 10. it said there wasnt enough stock so i bought 9 and it worked then i bought 9 again and it worked again

its because people like me buy all the stock out, then sell 10 dex saunas in the fm or mts for uber over priced. very lucrative if you ask me.
