Which one first? Also, on a side note, do I have enough money to be low dex? I have 120 m currently.

max mastery then max soul blade.. not sure if 120m is enough for low dex though, i suppose it is if you self scroll shoes for accuracy, and 100% dex the lvl 35 overall

i did mastery first, i'm glad im done with it current lvl 7 soul blade and 1 soul rush

Psh, i went dexless DK with only 50m? 3 weeks later i'm 3-5 hit killing Windraiders 100% hitting them. Sword Mastery no doubt. Without, you will still be hitting under 100 and over 2k
