Exactly how do you open if after you buy the scroll?(how many artifacts do you need, 20?)

You need 20 artifacts, and after that i think you need to buy the scroll in Cash shop

u take it to the cheif guy, u have to have 20 of them to get a chair, when u open one of the artifacts, u recieve a random item that is used to make the rings in the quest.

After you buy the scroll from cash shop you bring it to one of those tribe ppl, the boy i think, and he opens your artifact, you don't need 20
