Masks Where to get?

I got 11 gachapons, I really want to try and get an ele wand/staff or mask. Where is best?

With 11 tickets, I'd recommend shrine since there are good gach scrolls (30% claw, 2h att). I wouldn't expect to get an ele wand or staff.

mask can be obtained at showa bathhouse or perion not so shure if yu can get it at hene
