Any response from GM?

as many of you already know, Maple is in a crisis right now, since many people have gotten banned for misconduct for no apparent reason. I have seen many threads about this, but few that had posts with a GM response or what they said on their ticket. As for me, I was banned right after the patch, until august 7th, 5:23. If any of you have submitted a ticket, feel free to share your message to nexon, and if you have gotten any response, share it. I logged a ticket yesterday saying to the GM: "Dear GM I apologize for submitting a ticket shortly after getting the previously submitted ticket was closed. But there is currently an issue with my account. Last night(4 hours before the Cygnus patch) I was about to cwkpq, but decided to call it off and do it the next day. The next day, after updating maplestory to the latest patch (v.73) I attempted to log into my account, but failed to do so because it said I had been banned for "misconduct" and could not log in until august 7. I understand the terms of service and respect your authority and judgement, but I believe this has been a mistake, since I don't recall doing anything that was against the rules and guidelines of conduct in maplestory and mainly because I have seen many smegas, friends, and people from basil, stating that they were banned for misconduct mainly because of being afk. Again, I don't know if I did anything that you may consider "misconduct" but I believe I didn't. If I actually did something, I take full responsibility for my actions, but I am almost sure that I did not do anything deserving a 1 week ban for "misconduct" as do many people. I hope you guys can clear up this misunderstading with not only me, but with the rest of the mapling community that may have been banned unjustly. Thanks�" Still no response... Should I have taken a more aggressive approach? At any rate post your tickets/responses.

Theyre probably being flooded man. The ONLY automatic bans are 3rd party software IE Hax. All other bans are done by hand. If you can send another message but not open another ticket, like add more to what you sent, put if they could tell you what was "misconductful" If thats even a word

I got banned too >_> Tried my best to write it as properly as I could =P "Dear Nexon, I've played Mapleglobal for a good three years now, never hacked, scammed or did anything of the sort. Last night approximately 13 hours after the Knights of Cygnus were released I got to level 30 on my Night Walker, lots of people kept complaining about disconnecting because of the experience pendant which increases your experience 10% in the first hour, at the second hour it's said to disconnect you. I disconnected, took my badge off then used flash jump about 7 times, put my badge back on and disconnected again. When I logged back on I got a notice saying that my account has been blocked for using illegal programs or violating game policy. You can log in after aug/29/2009 1:10am. I am a very dedicated fan of Maplestory and I was really excited for Knights of Cygnus to come out and I was really going to buy some NX cash in the next couple of days to MTS some good equipment for my Knights of Cygnus characters. Can you please respond to this because I am very anxious to play again."

To the people that got banned, You guys need to take it like a man/woman and deal with the consequences. There must have been a reason as to why you guys got banned in the first place. Sincerely yours, AznMiKeLoBe ;)

I logged a ticket and its been over 24 hours and I still havent gotten any response back. Nexon really needs to offer much better service to their players/customers.

Perhaps you aren't up to par with Nexon's more-than-once-in-a-blue-moon mess ups, in which case you may want to quit spouting your merit-less "one or the other" input.

Everyone who was banned was banned for "distribution of illegally obtained mesos". So basically you can't even set up a shop because they'll ban you if if have mesos from someone who bought them.
