That is because most bishops had purchased sub elements because they're cheaper and now that they're useless there's a much larger supply to get rid of, and as they struggle to get rid of them the prices decrease.

I love it, because maybe bishops will return to the good old ways, and be about having fun, not damage... Wait, what am I saying... people need to damage or they will die. I am ashamed that my class became just as bad as damage-obessed sins.
