Quest help, Maybe It's Grendel

Yeah, well, my sister is trying to do this quest and she can't get into Grendel's house. I'm fairly sure that you just wait a while and you can go in eventually, but is there anything special that you need to do to get Grendel out of his house? EDIT: Eh, never mind. She got in right as I posted this and she killed all the mushrooms and stuff. Thanks. :D

Only 1 person allowed into the house at a time, change channels until you get in or simply spam up on the portal, until the other person comes out.
