The reason we were banned (misconduct people)

It was the maple leaf brigade. I thought it was the auto ban system, so I logged a ticket to nexon about 4 minutes after it happened. My ticket basically said "I was just wsalking through Heneyses and I was banned, why / how?" The exact response, copy pasta'd from GM Libra Greetings, Thank you for contacting Nexon America's Customer Support team. You have been personally witnessed by a GM benefitting from a player using hacking materials, which violates the Terms of Use. Your appeal to have your ban lifted must be denied. Your account will not be released from its block. Please remember that all users are required to follow the rules set forth by our Terms of Use. There can be no exceptions for this. Future offenses may lead to your account being permanently blocked. Take care and thank you for your understanding in this matter. Sincerely, GM Libra Nexon America, Inc. I was outraged when I read this. I have never hacked, or condoned hacking. Are they honestly trying to tell me there was a GM walking through henyses on ch 6, no one noticed him, and he simply banned me? It is either this, or I was falsy reported by the Maple Leaf Brigade, and Nexon didn't look into it, and just banned me. To qoute my hereos, Tim and Eric, Great Job.

My condolences on your suspension, and I hope your account does get unlocked soon as possible. I don't understand what nexon is up too, but I hope for the rest of us, they get their act together soon.

You were probably running something like Itunes that the game recognizes as a hacking program.

Wait wait wait, you benefited from a hacker using hacking materials. How does that work if you were just walking through Heneyses...? Did like, a hacker put a hackerized 5000 attack wg in your inventory without you knowing and a GM had the powers to see peoples inventory and saw it? *Thats just my thought :/*

Even if I was a hacker looter, are they implying that a GM was walking by and saw me looting items, and banned me for looting items on the off-chance that they were hacker drops? Also, thanks to all the people in Broa who have helped support me (Tam in particular). I really appreciate it, and will pay you back in 28 days
