Why the iPod rewarding will be BS

I posted this in a thread somewhere earlier, so sorry if you've read this already. I'm an "anti-leecher" myself, but I accept some ppl are only going to enjoy the game this way, so w/e. However, this time there are event contests and prizes at stake. Isn't the ENTIRE reason hacking and the such are not allowed because they give a player an unfair advantage over others? This 120 b.wiz is also a lvl 200 bowman in windia, as I've heard. CLEARLY, having high lvl friends to gain your lvls for you is an advantage over other players, otherwise ANYONE COULD DO IT. No I'm not saying leeching is at the same level as hacking. However, the end result of both is the same: gaining lvls through the easy way out. Yeah, leeching can be bought as a service... But honestly, how hard is it to make mesos now? Years ago, 100mil used to be an accomplishment; now its damn near a necessity. That's why all those ridiculously retarded comments on "PPL WHO HATE LEECH ARE JUST JEALOUS POOR NUBS LOLOLOL" are extremely ignorant. A majority of us, including me, would have NO problem affording leech. The point of this rant: its fine this person got to 120 so fast. Its NOT fine that she wins any contests or rewards for it. That shows no or very little dedication to the game, which is the whole point of the contest. And yes, I know no matter what I or others say, this person will get the reward as leeching is not against the ToS. However, no one always agrees with how everything in the world is run, and we have freedom of speech, so I'm just putting this out here.

They gave the event 1 month. If I'm right, Nexon is going to have to give out a ton of those iPods.

Maybe they didn't expect a hoarde of lvl 120s in a month. Who knows. Also, if dedication to the game isn't the point of a contest to see who can be the highest lvl... Want to explain to me what IS the point? Even if its not Nexon's exact point, I would think that's the general point of contests ANYWHERE of the sort.

I know how you feel. But from my perspective, this is MapleStory, a MMO game, where people thrive on each other, yet we have limited control on what others can or cannot do. Right now, I believe this game lives off of the "Survival of the Fittest," where your average gamer fights for their rightful spot as the superior being. The "Action speaks louder than words" truly has its moments. Just like now, you have control on how you express your feelings toward this type of contest, yet words cannot put forward what really matters. Truly, the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer. FIGHT ON. CLICK ON. LEECH ON. What else can we turn on?

I think leeching is a waste of money, You could easily buy godly equips for all that money you waste on leech.
