Duey's package question

I was just asking, how long does it take for Duey to send a package (regular, not quick delivery)? I wanted to send an item and a few mesos to my new character on a different account, but on the other account (which is the one to which I have sent it), when I go to Duey, and look at my storage, I do see the package but it says "Delivering" on it. So I can't receive it. How long does it take, so that I can receive the package? Someone please help.

Yeah, it's already been 12 hours, and I can't receive the item. 24 hours it is. Thanks everybody
