 | I was wondering if I could add 1 point to Homing Beacon after I maxed Burst Fire. I'll follow the Kentaurus build(Ice after max BF).From what I've seen it shouldn't affect my Ice Splitter even if I am always 1 point behind what the build recommend. P.S. Kak don't kill me for posting this. :D |

 | why did you post this twice? And... Ice after Burst Fire isn't the kents build. its the gobies/mobbing/nightshadow/himes build. Kents build goes burst -> octo -> ice. But, i'd recommend going the gobies/mobbing/nightshadow/himes build more then kents build anyway, so yea, you should add 1 point to homing beacon. I did, it helps im MPQ alot. Towards the end [lv 81-83] i started soloing franky w/o it taking forever [each burst hit 1.8k-2.5k]. EDIT: nvm, i was wrong about kents build, it actually goes burst -> ice -> octo -> fire. Its so rare, i confused it w/ the newties build |

| *stabs pat* SERIOUSLY, meh i forgot about mpq... i was already a corsair >< sooooo i guess there is a good use for it that early. You're right too, it wouldn't affect your build much, as long as you don't go adding stuff into other skills like i did xP i was 4 sp behind >< and that kinda sucked. |

On the other hand, where i train, i actually am making a decent profit (not big, but enough to recover pots), whereas in newties you are bount to lose money. And even if you go fire/ice build, you can still go to newties. Octopus makes a next-to-no difference there really, whereas if you follow newties build you are stuck at newties. I plan to newtie party 105-11x [until i have 3.4k HP], since its actually enjoyable [unlike sniping] |
