why can't i gift anything?

I'm trying to gift SoK to my other file but it keeps saying the name s wrong or check the gender... Anybody have the same problem?

Same thing happened to me when I tried to gift someone a hammer. I'm 100% sure that the ign is correct since it's on my BL

I'm pretty sure you can't gift to another character on the same account, and they have to be logged in...
