I'm making a Thunder Breaker with 120m funding, and I'm wondering when to cap my dex? Also, does anybody have a guide for them? Thanks.

i've held my dex at 25 and have been doing pretty decent for now. i know i'll be adding dex for sure, i'm thinking cap 30-40?
