Leeching cause for Permanant Ban?

I heard a rumor that many lvl 200's were banned for leeching. Is it true that you can no longer leech without penalty of ban if u are caught?

it isnt true, nexon stated leeching is not against the tos, and to all the peopel saying we did something to deserve this ban for misconduct. Nothing in their tos states we get a 9 day ban for first offence, for first offence the options would be 1day ban 3 days ban or perma ban

Misconduct includes KSing, harassment and cussing. Many people were flagged in the last month and they all went down at the same time.
