Is it true that you can only make ONE CK per parent. Meaning if I deleted my CK, I can't make another for that same parent?

I think Parent meaning main character on that account. (Being a lvl 20+ character I believe) It SHOULD be true. It would make sense.

Just delete your ck and talk to the giant bird who gives you the blessing. He'll allow you to create a new one

if u have 3 u can go on the one lvl 20+ do the quest and get a new slot if u havnt buy any from cs and u will have a CK i did that today now i got 4 guys on one account and 2 slots left
