My friend is trying to send me a 1800NX shop permit. He has enough NX, and he writes my name down properly, yet he keeps getting errors saying "wrong name input" or something along the lines of that. He keeps re-trying but it wont let him send me an item. Why won't it work? Any Solution will be greatly appreciated. Thanks =D

That happened to me too. I tried to gift my APQ mule stuff, but it gave me "You did not type in the user name correctly/gender incompatability" in the end I had to MTS my NX over making me lose 2k...

Didn't think so. Until then, don't call them stupid or anybody for that matter. How many tickets do you think they've gotten today? Happened to me to. At first I thought it was because the CKs were just created yesterday, and I can't gift because my character isn't 'old' enough, but seems like it's happening to non-CKs too.
