Is the spirit skill really worth it?

I made a wind archer and I think the other skills are better then the spirit. The spirit won't be that great later on. Of course having the spirit will give you a trainer. What do you guys think? I am planning on going the normal archer build first.

I put 10 spirit and 3 focus myself because I just like to have the spirit to attack mobs I cant . Eventually, You will get to max focus and get level 10 spirit anyways and I just found focus not to be as useful.

I got one, but I'm a Thunder Breaker. I find it helps a lot. But I don't think it would be that great for ranged attackers and later on.

leave it lvl 1 it's useful only for ranged classes when you can't attak from close and u need to step back a little while spirit mobs them

You can use the spirit to train slowly while you do homework, or other things. 1. Check the respawn time for the level of your spirit. 2. Assign it on a hotkey 3. Stand in Henesys Hunting Ground or other no-risk area 4. Turn of your computer screen so you can concentrate on homework 5. Press the spirit hotkey every x seconds depending on level This works because HP and MP heal faster than the spirit expires, so it's essentially extra exp, no pots needed and you can train while you're supposed to be doing homework/work.

Any more SP than 1 placed in Spirit is a complete waste. It's damage only goes up with a few points and it always attacks the wrong monsters(the ones you don't feel lilke fighting at the moment). You're better of maxing Focus or Dash(it's usefull for Thunder Breaker since you don't turn around all the time) or what else you have left. Only leftover points should be added to it, except for 1 SP at lvl10 because then it actually has a use.
