ThunderBreaker with Dash?

I'm too used to dash with my GS. would it be so horrible if i skipped the lightning thing first job and maxed dash instead?

Not really. Lightning is still useless until you get Spark in 3rd job, and even then higher levels are really only useful for a longer duration time.

You can use Spark to it's full extents with level 1 or 20 sprite. Or anywhere inbetween. I was saying that you would only really wanna raise Lightning for the longer summon time.

I really would not max dash, but I'm just used to being slow. Do whatever suits your playing style best

If I were you, I wouldn't be adding points into Dash because we have a mount at level 50.

In my opinion, if you're going to take 10 points out of anything, take it from Sprite. Make Sprite level 1, as it doesn't get much stronger with higher levels, and just get 10 Quick Motion, 20 Straight, 20 Somersault Kick, 10 Dash. I can't decide whether I want 11 Sprite or 10 Dash, 1 Sprite. @Above-So? Mounts do not replace Dash. Dash is excellent from moving from mob to mob, whereas a Mount is not as efficient, and cannot be potted on.

If you read brawler guides it says to not even put 1 point into dash, so I'm going with that.

Dont listen to what people say. Dash is super helpful and will never push you into monsters unless you have no idea how to control your character. I recommend maxing Dash and leaving Lightning at 10 or whatever since its does crap dmg at any level.
