I got my wg to 15 att both hammered. How much you guys think it is? and how much would a clean 11 att wg be no hammered

Uh, I got an offer on my used to be 11 att scg now 15 att scg of 800mil right now. Someone I know sold a scg same stats as mine hammered sold it for 1.3bil EARLY right after the patch. I can't seem to get any higher. Prices are dropping fast..

How can you tell if an item has been hammered? I have a 15 atk scg which is unhammered, but if I trade it won't most ppl think its already hammered?
