I was surprised at that too! I think at level 30 you can get the Relaxer (Maple Island Chair) from a quest in Aqua Road. I remember when they first came out, I wanted one so bad i walked to Aqua to do the quest for the chair

theres that eventish chair i thinks o-o. from that native american npcs in each town? 20 peices of pots from any monsters and 1 1.5k nx item in cs o_o. chair is similar to ice throne cepts brown and has a camp fire ^^

You can even get White Scrolls and PACS.

At people talking about getting relaxer in Aqua Road, That was a few years ago when it first came out, they put it in Aqua and Maple Island so that both existing and new players could get it, then they removed it from aqua later.
