Cygnus Sleepywood Quest!

Alright so I just started this quest and it seems the description for it is awfully bland.. All it says is to go investigate the Puppeteer in Sleepywood.. Has anyone finished this quest, and if so can you help a brother out?

Go to Cave of Evil Eye 3, try to enter the Puppeteer's House, it says report to Neinhearts. Go to Neinhearts and then go back to the Puppeteer's House in Cave of Evil Eye 3 and enter the password "Francis is a genius Puppeteer!" and finish him off with a slash! boom! bang! whosh!

Are the CK quests mandatory? or Can I just skip them?

I wish there were lvl 30+ cygnus quests...they were fun =) i liked the storyline
