Hey my bro is trying to gift me a kerning city reg hair cut coupon, but it never works. It keeps showing a screen saying that he should check if its the right gender or name. Can anyone help me? (ps my guy is a wind archer... if that makes a difference)

I think CK has a different CS from Adventurers, maybe that's the problem?
