Yes you will, but it doesnt really matter because you can max every one of your skills from all your jobs easily by level 200.

You can save the sp u got from passing 120. Just have to use up the sp u got from 70-120 for the fourth job

That's what I meant o-O You just had to use up the sp u got before 120 and lvling to 120 before getting fourth job. Sorry if my wording isn't clear. The sp you got after 120 can be saved for when you get the fourth job.

The exp you obtain during 4th job can be used on 1st,2nd,3rd, and 4th job skills.
