I think you called some one who had a bad day, Because I just called asking why was banned. She told me to logg a ticket which did, I told her and she said just give it time. They are prob on investigation as she describe and told me they respond to every ticket.

I just called; the lady was very nice. I asked her if a bug is going on with misconduct bans; she put me on hold for one minute and said that they are investigating it as we speak. She said that if you put in a ticket in the bans category, it goes into the ban queue and all tickets receive a response.
