I dont think so, no. It's like the Pet Snail which desapiers after 5 Hours, instead this Pendant desapiers in 24 hours since you've got it (not equipped). It is thought to be a tool which helps the player grinding, but if you would be able to get it, then whats the points of actuelly playing without it? If you know what i mean.. So no.. you wont be able to get it again once you've got it once cause there is nothing supportive this data (Nothing). But maybe during events perhaps or maybe there will be new items or such, i dont know, cant answer that.

i think they just make it expire so you will have to gain the 3 hours of wearing it again
