Alright, well I'm level 42, I have 17 mastery, 2 orb, 10hp increase, 1 cork, and 4 in Lightning Charge, cause it looks awsome. I can max everything, with the exception of 1, which will only get 10points into it. Which one should that be?

Thats not really what I'm asking Mastery is at 19 now, and its gonna stay there till the last point before 3rd. I'm asking, Which Should i NOT max :
