Elemental Wand Changes Bishops have been rebalanced to receive a penalty for using an Elemental Wand or Staff without the Holy element to use Holy skills.

Anywhere else that leech is sold, the argument is useless because they should be OHKOed regardless of the class. Not to mention, you fail at boss runs. Who wins now?
