I wanted to make my CK later because the character I was for transferring something, but I didn't want to make my Knight at the moment. I wanted to make it later, so all I'm asking is, can that character be a parent ever again?

I don't think so...you can try petitioning it on the website to see if they'll help you, but I doubt it'll be soon if they do.
