I'm a Wind Archer now. So do I use bowman or xbowman equips?

Yay, I just became a Wind Archer! But I'm not sure where I should distribute my SP. When I hit 2nd job, I don't get a new title or anything, right? I'm going to remain as Wind Archer and nothing changes except I'm a new level with a new set of skills? No choosing between bowman or xbowman? Meaning I can always change my SP around to wear bowman equips or xbowman equips whenever I want?

Wind Archers essentially use bowmen equips, so once you hit 2nd job, you better start using bows and not xbows. Every job advancement gives you a new medal title, basically.

Sorry, noob question. How much STR and DEX do I need to make a Wind Archer?
