any1 know of they expire after you get them, if you dont know what they are please see the site

They don't expire (I'm more or less sure) because you need about 8k NX at least to make 1. The items required are from the artifacts.

You need to buy the enchanted scroll which is 1.8k nx i think. Anyone know exactly what you need to make the rings and the chair and wat is the +5 pdd and mdd?

No, the items only have the ICONS of monster drops, but if you look at the names of it they don't exist in any database. I've searched for them.

cause you get them by using the enchanted scrolls opening the artifacts... it even says if you read the quest ._.
